Cancellation & Order Changes Policy
At Skinuva, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can start your skincare routine without delay. Because of this, order cancellations and order changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Order changes include, but are not limited to, changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, quantity, or any other modifications to an existing order.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@skinuva.comwith your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has entered our fulfillment process.
If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, once you receive your order, we will be happy to assist you with a return for a full refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Subscriptions Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription with Skinuva, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by using the link in your order confirmation email or by managing your subscription through your customer account. You may also contact us at support@skinuva.com for assistance.
Please note: Subscription order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or has entered our fulfillment process. Because we fulfill orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be submitted before your next scheduled order processes.
If a subscription renewal has already been processed or shipped, we will be happy to assist with a return and refund after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
