All-day scar treatment starts here

The key to seeing improvement in your scar is daily, consistent use of a topical scar cream. The Skinuva 24-Hour Scar Care System combines both Skinuva Scar and Skinuva Scar+ SPF to help flatten raised scars and reduce redness while also helping to protect it from the sun's harsh rays.

Skinuva Scar is our best-selling scar cream for helping improve the appearance of surgical and injury scars. Skinuva Scar+ SPF has all the benefits of the original Skinuva Scar but with added non-nano Zinc Oxide for broad spectrum SPF 30 UVA/UVB protection.

Skinuva Scar+ SPF can be applied during the day, while Skinuva Scar can be applied at night. Use both products daily for 3-6 months for best results.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Physical sunscreens are mineral based (such as Zinc Oxide, found in Skinuva Scar+) and sit on the surface of your skin acting as a shield or reflective barrier on the skin’s surface, protecting the skin from the sun’s rays. Chemical sunscreens partially absorb in the skin and prevent UV damage through a chemical reaction.

  • Skinuva Scar and Skinuva Scar+ SPF can be used for surgical and injury scars of all sizes. They can also be used to help improve the appearance of stretch marks.

Skinuva Scar may be used to help heal the skin after laser, microneedling, and chemical peel treatments. As long as the wound is not open, Skinuva Scar can also be used to help soothe and heal burns.

  • Zinc Oxide is very effective against both UVA and UVB rays, therefore it is a broad-spectrum sunscreen. It’s also very well tolerated on skin and safe for use in everyone, including child-bearing women and children.
