It is recommended to use Skinuva Scar and Skinuva Scar+ SPF 2-3 weeks post procedure or when the incision site has closed. For optimal results, both products should be used twice a day for 3-6 months. They may be used longer for more mature scars.

Use Skinuva Scar+ SPF in the morning. If spending significant time outdoors, reapply Skinuva Scar+ SPF every 2 hours. Use Skinuva Scar at night. Cosmetics may be worn over Skinuva Scar and Skinuva Scar+ SPF.

Skinuva Scar and Skinuva Scar+ SPF can be used on scars of any age, although it is within the first 12 months of the scar’s healing phase that the products provide the most optimal benefits.

Starts working faster than I thought!

"I had my doubts. I have a huge hyperpigmented scar with lots of topography to boot! Within a few weeks I could not only start to see some fading, but also smoothing. I’m about to order my second round! I’ll keep doing this until it works has hard as it can & then reassess my vanity! I’ve added photos from the initial injury to the point of suture removal May 21-Jun 17 2026 (prior to my approval to begin using scar cream)!
